Baby Bean Teacher Training is designed for anyone who is seeking to bond with their baby through the practice of yoga, works with infants, or is looking to add baby yoga classes into their teaching repertoire. The training teaches simple baby stretches, songs and poses designed for you to lead a class for infants to crawlers.
Baby yoga is a wonderful bonding experience for a baby and their parent or caregiver. A baby yoga practice helps your baby foster body awareness, aids in digestion, and promotes neuromuscular stimulation. There is also a focus on self-care for adults through the incorporation of accessible and gentle stretches that help relieve stress. This training is designed for you to teach classes for babies agers 6 weeks up until crawling.

This training is not a substitute for a postnatal yoga class, and a 200-hour yoga certification is not required to take this training!
