Yogi Beans is a yoga experience for kids committed to introducing young people to a healthy and lifelong activity that is noncompetitive, non-judgmental, physically challenging, and a ton of fun! We are all about the vibration of yoga — both in the program and in the environment.

ORIGINAL PRORAMMING

Our core program structure develops children's abilities to focus (attention), stand up straight (posture), move their limbs with control (coordination) and grace (flexibility), and find inner strength (self-confidence).

Our curricula are designed to introduce young people – from babies to teenagers – to the foundations of yoga and mindfulness, and translate novel yogic concepts into a language that is understood and enjoyed.

CLASSES FOR KIDS + PARENTS

All Yogi Beans classes provide a balance between structured and free-flowing age-specific activities. Guided by a certified instructor, programs include age-appropriate poses, games, props, music, and mindfulness and breathing exercises to energize and challenge kids' bodies and minds. All programs conclude with a period of relaxation.

Our collection of specialized classes offer yoga and mindfulness programs for babies
(9+ months) to teenagers.
